Our Story

Born From a
Simple Craving

Ice Cream Therapy started as a late-night idea between friends who couldn't find a place in Ambridge that took gelato seriously — or stayed open when the sun went down.

Today, we're a corner spot on Merchant Street where the same batch we stir in the morning becomes the base for an evening cocktail menu that has regulars returning week after week. It's small by design. Intentional, not rushed. The kind of place that feels like it's always been here.
